About the Role
We’re building out our Revenue Operations team, and we’re looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Director to join us. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in accelerating sales performance by delivering actionable insights and operational support. Your work will help improve sales velocity, win rates, and funnel growth by identifying the highest-leverage areas for investment, establishing performance metrics, and equipping sales leadership with data-led insights that drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the funnel.
- Partner with CRO, CMO, Enablement to help drive growth through data and technology
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess team and individual performance.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to provide insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Design and refine processes that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning efforts.
- Implement and manage tools and dashboards that provide visibility into performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align revenue initiatives.
Requirements
Who You Are:
You have:
- +5 years Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar data-driven role.
- Executive presence to be able to hold a light using data to decision making by CA, CRO, and executive team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and processes.
- Expertise in advanced analytics or data science methodologies.
- Knowledge of territory design and incentive compensation modeling.
