On a regular basis you will
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Go-To-Market teams, including ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data and reporting.
- Triage, respond and resolve requests and issues that come in from the GTM team on a day-to-day basis.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams, to implement process improvements and automation
- Analyze revenue metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices.
You’re gonna crush it if
- You have 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- You have familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are a proactive team player who’s eager to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary - $68,640 - $85,000
