Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Contractor will support day-to-day sales and revenue operations activities while internal leaders focus on a large-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ implementation. This role will provide critical operational support to ensure continuity of business operations across revenue systems, sales processes, data analytics, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally including previous experience with the CPQ solution, sales operations support, and a strong understanding of go-to-market tools and processes. The contractor should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across Salesforce and other GTM systems (e.g., Gong, High Velocity Sales, Highspot, etc.)
  • Assist with CRM data entry, integrity audits, reporting, and dashboard maintenance
  • Triage and resolve internal user support requests related to sales tools and systems
  • Help support GTM related training and onboarding for sales reps
  • Support the Deal Desk process, ensuring pricing, documentation, and approval flows align with established business rules
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, reporting preparation, and other recurring sales operations rhythms
  • Assist in maintaining sales performance and activity reports for leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success for deal closure and handoff processes
  • Help drive data quality and governance efforts by identifying and remediating inconsistencies
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support on strategic and tactical initiatives as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM required; experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus
  • Familiarity with common RevOps and GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Pardot/Marketo, Tableau, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
