This role is highly interactive, you’ll be on the “front lines” with our BDRs, AEs, Solution Engineers, and Merchant Success teams, coaching them to adopt methodologies like MEDDPICC and Force Management’s Command of the Message, while also leveling up their discovery, negotiation, and value-based selling skills. The right person loves working directly with sellers and managers, running hands-on training sessions, and reinforcing skills in live deal cycles. This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement. What you’ll do: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Seller Coaching & Skill Development  <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deliver engaging workshops, role plays, and certifications on core skills such as discovery, qualification, objection handling, and negotiation.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with front-line managers to reinforce skills through deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and call coaching.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as a trusted coach to sellers, helping them apply methodology in real-time opportunities.  </li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Methodology Reinforcement  <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Inspire consistent adoption of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Force Management) across GTM teams.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate methodology into practical, seller-friendly tools, guides, and exercises.   </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure managers and leaders are equipped to coach methodologies into daily workflows.  </li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Enablement Programs & Content   <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to onboarding and ongoing education programs by building role-specific training modules.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create practical sales playbooks, talk tracks, and qualification checklists.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with RevOps, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to align training with processes, messaging, and tools.  </li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Measurement & Feedback  <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track adoption and performance metrics (win rates, qualification accuracy, time to first deal, etc.) to measure impact.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Gather feedback from sellers and managers to continuously improve enablement efforts.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary. </li></ul>What you’ll bring to the table: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years in revenue or sales enablement with an established record of coaching and training sellers.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct experience with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, or similar) and success applying them in the field.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Solid facilitation and coaching skills; able to command a room and build credibility with sellers and leaders alike.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prior experience as a seller (AE, BDR, or SE) with a track record of success.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
