This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, learning design, and revenue performance, focused on turning complex technical solutions into clear, repeatable selling behaviors across the go-to-market organization. You will own the strategy and execution of sales enablement programs that directly impact rep productivity, deal quality, and revenue outcomes. Operating in a fast-scaling, highly technical SaaS environment, you will design learning experiences that go beyond onboarding to create continuous, behavior-driven development. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and frontline sellers to ensure consistent messaging and strong execution in the field. You will combine facilitation presence, curriculum design thinking, and operational rigor to drive measurable performance improvement across the sales organization.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of end-to-end revenue enablement programs, including onboarding, ramp, ongoing development, and leadership enablement.
  • Deliver high-impact live training sessions such as bootcamps, workshops, deal reviews, and skill labs, ensuring strong engagement and real behavior change.
  • Build structured, multi-stage learning programs that reinforce key sales methodologies, messaging, and competitive positioning over time.
  • Develop post-onboarding development tracks that sustain rep growth beyond initial ramp, closing gaps in intermediate and advanced selling skills.
  • Identify skill gaps through data, call reviews, and stakeholder feedback, translating insights into targeted coaching and reinforcement programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to embed enablement into day-to-day execution and improve field effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, certification frameworks, and curated best-practice libraries.
  • Establish scalable systems for content governance, curriculum evolution, and continuous improvement aligned with evolving GTM needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, sales operations, or similar GTM-focused roles in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role (AE or SE) with strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run structured enablement programs, not just deliver standalone training sessions.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead high-energy, interactive sessions that drive behavior change.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership, product marketing, and enablement stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong curriculum design instincts with the ability to sequence learning, reinforce concepts, and measure impact over time.
  • High EQ, strong influence skills, and the ability to operate effectively without direct authority.
  • Experience in DevOps, cloud-native, or technical SaaS environments is a strong plus.
