Strategic Role Summary

As the Revenue & Strategy Enablement Specialist at OpenX, you will be at the heart of our go-to-market (GTM) excellence. This strategic role ensures that sales, marketing, deal operations, and product teams are enabled with best-in-class onboarding, content, tools, and systems. You will lead the design and execution of onboarding programs, oversee learning management strategy and governance, and serve as a key owner of cross-functional enablement initiatives. Your work will empower teams to drive performance, adopt AI-driven solutions, and future-proof our enablement function.


Key Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and execution of GTM onboarding programs to drive ramp-time efficiency and role clarity.


Lead strategy and governance of our Learning Management System (LMS), including certification programs and content lifecycle management.


Manage enablement for Salesforce workflows, documentation, and process governance across GTM teams.


Serve as a cross-functional program owner, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Deal Operations, and Product to ensure cohesive enablement.


Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and automation to elevate enablement strategies and drive scalable innovation.


Embed instructional design principles to ensure content quality, learner engagement, and knowledge retention.


Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related role, ideally within AdTech or SaaS industries


Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace


Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other sales methodologies


Experience using or implementing AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in enablement or business processes


Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills


Preferred:

Instructional design experience or enablement certifications


Experience managing or optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS)

$72,250 - $85,000 a year

Pursuant to any state, local ordinance, or local hiring regulations, we will consider for employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation. 


OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For all applicants, the base salary range is noted above, per year + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
