Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans or leading sales teams across retail lending environments, depending on your experience level. You will focus on driving production, expanding client relationships, and delivering high-quality lending solutions across diverse product offerings.

Originate or manage residential mortgage loan production across retail lending channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate consistent business growth
Lead, coach, and develop loan officers or branch-level teams (for leadership roles)
Navigate a wide range of lending products including DSCR, construction, renovation, reverse, and specialty loans
Collaborate with strong operational and marketing support teams to streamline the loan process
Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and maintain high-quality customer service standards
Identify market opportunities and adapt strategies to maximize production performance

Requirements

This role requires experienced mortgage professionals with strong production capability, leadership potential, and deep knowledge of retail lending environments. Candidates should be highly motivated, client-focused, and adaptable to diverse lending structures.

2+ years of experience for Retail Loan Officers; 3+ years for Sales/Branch Leadership roles
Proven track record in residential mortgage origination or retail lending management
Experience in retail, branch, or P&L management preferred for leadership positions
Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and compliance requirements
Ability to thrive in performance-driven environments with high autonomy
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client advisory skills
Leadership capability for managing teams, branches, or regional operations (as applicable)
Adaptability to work in remote, hybrid, or in-branch environments
