Accountabilities:

The Technical Service Representative will provide advanced support and guidance by diagnosing issues, delivering solutions, and helping service teams improve their technical capabilities. The role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple technical requests while maintaining high service standards.

Develop structured diagnostic approaches for mechanical, electrical, and software-related technical concerns.
Analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions to service personnel.
Deliver remote troubleshooting and technical assistance through phone and online support channels.
Document conditions, causes, and corrective actions clearly within service management systems.
Coach and support service teams by sharing technical knowledge and improving troubleshooting capabilities.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal and external technical documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve service performance indicators and operational processes.
Provide day-to-day support for hardware and software systems, escalating complex issues when needed.
Ensure timely resolution of technical problems while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and translate complex technical information into practical solutions.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a post-secondary program focused on motorcycle diagnostics and repair preferred.
4+ years of experience as a motorcycle maintenance and repair technician.
Experience diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and technical issues.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and determine effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience achieving advanced technician recognition or equivalent industry certification is preferred.
