Renewal Specialist (Tech Touch)

The Renewal Specialist will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate execution, proactive communication, and strong collaboration across internal teams. The role requires a balance of customer engagement, operational excellence, and revenue-focused decision-making.

• Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities by reviewing account health, identifying risks, and proactively addressing potential churn factors.
• Partner with customer success teams to develop renewal strategies and ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout the renewal process.
• Lead customer conversations to understand needs, resolve objections, explain pricing structures, and negotiate renewal terms.
• Prepare accurate renewal quotes while following established pricing guidelines and commercial policies.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming renewals through detailed 30-, 60-, and 90-day pipeline management and forecasting.
• Track renewal performance, provide regular updates, and support achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunity details, documentation, and required administrative information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve renewal processes and enhance customer retention strategies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational abilities, customer-facing experience, and a process-oriented mindset. They are comfortable managing multiple accounts, communicating professionally with customers, and using data and systems to drive successful outcomes.

• 1+ years of experience in renewals, sales operations, account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, track details, and follow processes with accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling customer discussions and negotiations.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales or account records; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer needs, address objections, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, including customer success, sales, and operations.
• A structured, detail-focused approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based contracts, or technology solutions is preferred.
