As a Renewal Pricing Analyst at CommandLink, you’ll take center stage in shaping our success by managing renewal opportunities and negotiating vendor terms that benefit both our clients and our business. What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Collaborations: Partner with our sales team to identify and capitalize on renewal opportunities.
- Vendor Negotiations: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for renewal orders to deliver exceptional value.
- Process Ownership: Streamline and execute renewal orders with precision and speed, leveraging your project management skills.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop advanced pricing models to refine renewal pricing strategies, particularly for internet bandwidth provisioning.
- Margin Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on margin trends to support informed decision-making.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market research to guide pricing adjustments and strategic initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Support: Perform in-depth product pricing and margin analyses to drive key business initiatives.

Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Expertise in building and optimizing pricing models to forecast revenue and margins.
- Skilled in conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Proven experience in tracking and interpreting margin data to guide revenue optimization efforts.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Mastery of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
- Database Management: Familiarity with SQL or equivalent tools for querying and managing data.
- ERP/CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
- Financial Modeling: Skilled in building detailed models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
Experience and Qualifications
- Telecom Expertise: 2 or more years of experience in telecom quoting, pricing, financial analysis, or procurement.
- Experience with provisioning and project management is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- International experience or exposure is highly desirable.
