The Web Manager is a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of our partner’s domains. This highly collaborative position will focus on optimizing website performance, managing content strategies, and facilitating cross-departmental projects to improve the customer journey. As the key point of contact for website management, you will work closely with SEO and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies. Your contributions will directly impact user engagement and conversion rates, fostering growth and efficiency in the organization’s online initiatives.

• Manage the content management system to ensure consistency across websites.
• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to develop effective web pages.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to enhance user conversion.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks for the front-end development team.
• Maintain an internal roadmap for stakeholder visibility.
• Documentation of user flows and key conversion events.
• Lead website projects from scoping to reporting.
• Provide regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions.

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
