Remote Underwriting Assistant

Underwriting Assistant (Remote – Temporary)

Duration: 90 days
Location: Remote (must work EST hours)
Pay Range: $19–$25/hour (based on location and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Review property inspection reports to determine insurability
• Identify missing documentation or red flags
• Support underwriting team with processing submissions (no policy authority)
• Maintain accurate updates in internal systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal lines property insurance, ideally in homeowners
• High attention to detail and comfort with structured guidelines
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Available for full-time, remote work during EST hours
