Accountabilities:

Research, design, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities.
Assist clients throughout the full booking process, ensuring responsive, clear, and professional customer service.
Stay informed about destination trends, travel requirements, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
Communicate with travel suppliers to secure competitive pricing, availability, and exclusive travel offers.
Manage client records, bookings, and inquiries using digital platforms and booking systems.
Support outreach and promotional efforts to attract and retain new and existing clients.
Ensure smooth travel planning experiences by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail when handling multiple client requests.

Requirements:

Strong interest in travel planning, destinations, and creating memorable travel experiences.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Comfortable using basic computer tools, online platforms, and booking systems.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new travel tools, systems, and processes.
No prior travel industry experience required; training and support are provided.
Must be eligible to work from one of the supported countries and be 18+ years of age.
