Remote Technical Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and mobility sector, is seeking a dedicated Operations Control Center Specialist to join their team. As an Operations Control Center Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations team supporting live, mission-critical remote operations for an advanced transportation platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Control Center Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range: $26-29/hr with shift differentials

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability

What's the Job?

• Monitor and support real-time operations through secure remote systems
• Assist automated platforms during operational exceptions and complex scenarios
• Follow established safety and operational procedures in time-sensitive situations
• Communicate clearly with internal operations and support teams
• Document events, system activity, and operational outcomes

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-reliability environments
• Availability to work one weekend day per week
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working in fast-paced, screen-based environments (such as technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi-system platforms) is a plus
