Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and expertise with ServiceNow Privacy Case Management module.
- 7 plus years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in advising on the strategic use of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies across all key current programs and prospective customers.
- A strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
- ITIL certification and best practices experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies.
