• Drive major business opportunities between Ensono, IBM, and clients to completion.
• Engage directly with clients alongside Sales to advance opportunities.
• Influence IBM's offering strategies and terms for MSP programs.
• Educate internal stakeholders on IBM offerings and competitive structures.
• Conduct cross-functional analysis for strategic IBM contracts.
• Focus on mainframe-market trends while understanding broader IBM technologies.
• Contribute to industry forums and business transformation initiatives.
• Coach and mentor leaders on incorporating IBM strategies into operations.
• Translate complex technical topics into actionable insights for diverse teams.

• Strong network within IBM and the mainframe ecosystem.
• Proven leadership experience in IT and managed services.
• Technical proficiency in mainframe environments.
• Financial management skills in budgeting and forecasting.
