As a Sales Manager, you will proactively manage sales personnel including training, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting quotas and goals
You will contribute to the Sales team by:
- Managing lending Sales personnel including training, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting sales quotas and goals
- Assisting Account Executives in valuing properties using local comps (both sold and listed)
- Calling borrowers, if needed, to assist Account Executives in closing loans, overcoming objections, or handling complaints
- Providing coaching to Account Executives; listening to sales phone calls and providing feedback
- Facilitating the monthly peer group “Grinder” voting to determine the recipient
- Working with VP of Sales on team forecast
- Preparing for and attending monthly guideline review meetings with executives and operation management
- Preparing for and attending weekly managers’ meetings
- Facilitating recruitment processes for new Account Executives; identifying and developing future leaders
- Preparing action plans by Account Executive for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Conducting one-on-one reviews with all Sales personnel to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of Sales Agents’ sales and activity performance
- Creating and facilitating sales contests for the purpose of motivation and increased performance
- Collaborating with VP of Sales on training, culture, morale, and process improvements
- Developing strategies to increase key sales initiatives
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Motivating reps by acknowledging their successes and their need for improvement in certain areas
- Completing other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
- Available Remote Locations: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, MO, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WI
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST
- Salary Range: $108,000 – $115,000/annually. (Exempt level position)
What We Are Looking For
- Someone with 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months
- Someone who is a motivated self-starter, organized, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude
- Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
- Someone with attention to detail & accuracy
- Someone with the ability to handle a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is proactive and can work independently
- Someone with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
What We Prefer to Find
- Someone with 3 years of relevant and successful sales experience
- Someone1 year of supervisory experience
- Someone with a bachelor's degree in a related field
