Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage client communications and act as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
Oversee client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and upper management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in a relations management, client-facing, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience.
Annual Bonus: Typically 10-20% of base salary.
