Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end content production workflow, including editorial review and QA.
  • Define and report on product operations metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with clinical pharmacists to triage content requests based on clinical impact.
  • Support product launches through effective QA and regulatory checks.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve time-to-publish.
  • Act as the voice of operational reality in product discussions.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or product operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical content, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with project management tools and creating operational workflows.
  • Strong data-driven approach to operations and metric development.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Background in pharmacy or clinical informatics is a plus.
