• Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Own marketing data architecture and enhance lead scoring
• Create and mature reports to deliver clear insights
• Oversee website operations and manage relationships with web agencies
• Establish consent and privacy operations to ensure compliance

• 4-8 years of experience in marketing operations in B2B SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation solutions and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Ability to design lead scoring and lifecycle automation frameworks
• Experience implementing AI tools for GTM workflows
• Strong documentation and stakeholder enablement practices
