In this role, you will provide vital consulting services to our commercial accounts, helping them enhance their operational efficiency and risk management practices. Accountabilities
  • Provide services to influence profitability and retention by creating service objectives.
  • Conduct complex risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend risk improvements.
  • Research customer's operations and industry for effective site surveys and presentations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for at least one line of business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Consult with clients to provide tailored solutions and identify service opportunities.
  • Communicate technical information effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Coordinate technical training and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in career development activities and training.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, science, engineering, fire protection, or construction management preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial loss control or related fields.
  • Certification like CSP, CDS, or ARM preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and risk management practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to market services and influence client actions.
  • Proficiency in using technology and operating a personal computer.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
