This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects from beginning to end. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the project management life cycle, ensuring that all requirements are met efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and maintaining clear communication. The position requires excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Your efforts will directly impact the success of initiatives and the satisfaction of clients.


Accountabilities
  • Coordinate and monitor all stages of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines.
  • Manage project budgets and track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project team activities and meetings, maintaining documentation and logs.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and risks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in achieving project goals.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and accountability.
  • Communicate progress and issues effectively to stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud, data, networking, telephony, or software.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • Strong project management skills including prioritization and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Capability to learn and apply new technologies.
