• Design and evolve CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure to maximize developer velocity and reliability.
• Manage and enhance Terraform-based infrastructure, establishing standards and libraries for feature teams.
• Lead the governance of AWS account organization, ensuring effective IAM strategies and tagging standards.
• Drive cloud cost optimization through reporting and actionable savings management.
• Build self-service developer tools to empower feature teams in provisioning requirements.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers with a focus on high performance.
• Define and execute a technical roadmap balancing immediate goals with long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure investments with business priorities.

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or DevOps engineer.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role within infrastructure or platform teams.
• Proven track record in hiring and developing engineering talent.
• Experience running agile delivery processes and managing technical roadmaps.
• Expertise in CI/CD platforms and build pipeline design.
• Advanced skills in Terraform and infrastructure as code patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Organization and governance.
• Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization.
• Familiarity with building internal developer platforms or tooling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
