Remote Lead Counsel

• Serve as a legal point of contact and subject matter expert for business lines.
• Provide legal counsel for special projects and key initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal matters.

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with internal partners including product attorneys and compliance teams.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• JD with active state bar admission.
• Experience with licensing, marketing, and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with real estate regulatory frameworks and the New York market.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects and drive results efficiently.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration across departments.
