The Opportunity
We seek a skilled and motivated Junior Brand Manager to proactively support the development and execution of Visio Lending's brand strategies and marketing campaigns. To develop a thorough understanding of the single-family residential investment and surrounding ecosystem of service providers, communicate market dynamics, and provide input into key messaging to ensure brand growth, market visibility, and alignment with organizational objectives.

You will contribute to the Marketing team by:
- Assisting in developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand awareness and growth
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintaining marketing email templates
- Maintaining social content calendar
- Coordinating reporting with reputation management partners
- Appling Marketing Operations Analyst insights to brand communications
- Working closely with other teams and leadership to ensure alignment on brand objectives and campaign execution
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand initiatives and campaigns
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to budgeting, invoicing, and project coordination
- Maintaining marketing databases and managing product documentation as needed
- Assisting with gathering and analyzing customer insights to inform brand decisions
- Mastering the competitive landscape including competitor pain points and strengths, monitoring any competitor product changes regularly
- Mastering HubSpot marketing software including all website, design, reporting, email, and social features
- Working with the marketing team on the creation of lead-generation campaigns targeted to specific buyer and influencer segments
- Developing sales enablement materials, keeping the team up to date on all demand campaigns, key messages, and performance goals
- Leading concept, creative, and design development of campaign materials
- Providing additional assistance to marketing initiatives as needed
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
- Available Remote Locations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WI
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000/annually (Exempt level position)
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field
- Someone with 1- 2 years experience in brand management, marketing, or related areas (may be substituted with relevant course work or internship)
- Someone with a strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior
- Someone who is proficient in computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
- Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Current Manager notification is needed in order to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant that does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer
What We Prefer to Find:
- Someone with experience with digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Someone with knowledge of market research tools and techniques
- Someone with a basic understanding of graphic design or proficiency in design software
- Someone with experience or demonstrated interest in similar or relevant industries (financial services, lending, real estate, etc.)
- Someone with hands-on experience with Salesforce and demonstrated success with HubSpot or other marketing automation systems and strategies
