This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Insurance Manager. The Insurance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing client-contracted projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in revenue cycle operations. By leading client-focused strategies, you will strengthen partnerships and drive continuous improvement within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to developing staff and processes, impacting overall organizational success and client satisfaction.


Accountabilities
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new client opportunities
  • Oversee training and education for supervisors and staff to ensure up-to-date processes
  • Develop processes and procedures to align with client expectations and operational efficiency
  • Manage HR functions such as performance reviews and staffing decisions
  • Initiate team development projects to enhance team performance
  • Identify and implement revenue enhancement opportunities


Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in a leadership role
  • Experience managing a total team size of 50+ employees
  • Hands-on experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and Commercial Insurance
  • Experience in both Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB)
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms such as Epic or MEDITECH Expanse
