Our client, a leader in the health industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be an essential support to leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to deliver outstanding service and support.

Job Title: Remote Executive Assistant

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with email correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Support project tracking, document organization, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
