Remote Director of Finance

• Lead revenue reporting and analysis efforts.
• Support annual revenue planning and forecasting.

• Develop pricing strategies and manage contract administration.
• Perform compliance audits on customer contracts.
• Oversee maintenance of commissions models and analytics.
• Assist in the creation of incentive plans for the commercial team.

• 7+ years of progressive relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Excellent proficiency with SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data warehousing tools.
• Preferred advanced qualifications (CPA, MBA, or MS).
• Strong background in financial reporting, internal control, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs dictate.

• Competitive salary range of $147,000 - $197,000.
