• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of HR generalist/HRBP experience with senior-leader partnership.
• Experience supporting Technology & Digital organizations.
• Proficiency in transformation work including change management and talent management.
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams across various regions.
• Familiarity with Agile operating models and technical talent markets.
