This role offers a unique opportunity to transform complex technical and program data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making. You will develop, manage, and present interactive dashboards and visualizations that directly support strategic initiatives. Working in a remote, collaborative environment, you will engage with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to deliver impactful, high-quality visuals tailored for leadership audiences. The position requires both technical proficiency and storytelling ability, combining data analysis, visualization tools, and design expertise to influence mission-critical outcomes. You will have the autonomy to innovate, craft compelling narratives, and ensure consistency across visual products, making a measurable impact on operations and strategy.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or similar tools to support program management and decision-making.
  • Translate complex technical data, metrics, and program concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive briefings, reports, and infographics.
  • Lead the end-to-end presentation design process, including stakeholder engagement, narrative development, slide creation, iterative feedback, and timely delivery.
  • Create high-quality visuals aligned with program goals, maintaining accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards.
  • Design and maintain visual identity and branding within standardized libraries of fonts, colors, styles, logos, backgrounds, and themes.
  • Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to identify visualization requirements and deliver solutions that support operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience creating project management visuals for large organizations or federal agencies.
  • Proficiency with program management and data visualization software (e.g., JIRA, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives for presentations and infographics.
  • Experience managing the entire presentation design process, including stakeholder collaboration, narrative crafting, slide creation, feedback incorporation, and meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining compelling branding using standardized fonts, colors, styles, logos, backgrounds, and themes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to organizational and government standards.
