We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers before, during, and after their travel experience. In this remote role, you'll assist with reservations, resolve customer concerns, recommend additional services, and deliver personalized solutions that build loyalty and satisfaction.
Assist customers with new and existing through phone and email support.
Research and resolve reservation, billing, and service-related inquiries.
Provide white-glove service to corporate, VIP, and high-value customers.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
2+ years of call center type customer service
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Previous work-from-home experience preferred.
