• Execute and refine content strategy in partnership with the Head of Content.
• Align content initiatives to SEO, inbound growth, and pipeline impact.
• Adapt strategy across multiple business units and audiences.
• Propose and lead experiments to enhance reach and performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the content engine, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Translate complex topics into authoritative and accessible content.
• Monitor search visibility and performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Define and report on key performance metrics.

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles.
• Proven success in optimizing content for SEO and inbound growth.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published content.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of SEO and analytics.
• Experience managing external contributors and agencies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows.
