*This is a remote, work-at-home position.


Responsibilities:

*Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments.

*Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs.

*Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information.

*Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale

*Enters data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call.

*Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience.


Requirements:

*2 – 4 years of Call Center experience in – Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing

*An upbeat personality that is driven for success

*Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time

*The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure

*The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment

*Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM

*The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner

*Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback

*Must be results and goal-oriented

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Compensation & Hours:

Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses

Work schedule: Monday through Friday 9.30 am through 6pm CST


Technical Requirements You Must Have:

*High-Speed Internet (minimum requirement 100 Mbps download)

*Windows Operating System

*i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred)

*Printer/Scanner

*Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers

*USB Headset

*2nd Monitor


$15 - $18 an hour
