  • Manage ART-level flow using Program Kanban, SAFe Flow Metrics, WIP limits, and predictability measures to optimize delivery performance

  • Promote DevOps and CALMR principles while supporting Continuous Delivery Pipeline maturity and built-in quality practices
  • Provide reporting and visibility on ART performance, budget, delivery outcomes, and PI objectives to enable data-driven decisions

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership experience, deep SAFe knowledge, and the ability to guide teams in complex, regulated environments. You are a confident facilitator, coach, and collaborator who thrives in driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and managing ART-level ceremonies within a SAFe environment
  • Experience managing or coaching Scrum Masters or Agile delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of SAFe frameworks including Program Kanban, ROAM risk management, and flow/predictability metrics
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps and virtual collaboration platforms
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
  • Ability to operate in regulated environments with awareness of compliance considerations such as HIPAA and PHI
  • Certification such as SAFe RTE or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is strongly preferred

  • Competitive annual salary range of $155,000 to $165,000
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven healthcare technology organization
  • Strong focus on Agile maturity, leadership development, and continuous learning
  • Exposure to large-scale SAFe Agile Release Trains and enterprise-level transformation initiatives
