About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow our IT staffing relationships within MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System) environments. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MSP programs, ensuring superior service delivery, proactive issue resolution, and strong performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong working relationships with MSP program leads and hiring managers when applicable.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to help identify market trends, rate card adjustments, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and work with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Client & Program Management:

  • Serve as the main liaison between internal recruiting teams and MSP/VMS program contacts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, Coupa, Workday, etc.).
  • Attend regular MSP program calls, QBRs, and status updates to review metrics and discuss open roles, submissions, and performance.

Delivery Coordination:

  • Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure prompt submission of quality candidates that meet job requirements.
  • Review and prioritize job requisitions in coordination with program SLAs and client expectations.
  • Track and manage submittal-to-hire ratios, interview feedback, and onboarding timelines.

Performance Management:

  • Analyze VMS data to monitor submittal quality, fill rates, time-to-submit, and compliance metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal leadership and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, background checks, onboarding protocols, and MSP guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing with direct responsibility for MSP/VMS accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of MSP programs and major VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
  • Track record of exceeding performance metrics within contingent workforce programs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, issue escalation, and proactive communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing large enterprise MSP programs across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with IT job families, technical skills, and workforce trends.
  • Experience with SLAs, VMS scorecards, and high-volume staffing environments.
