Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Drive regional sales strategy, including pipeline development, demand generation, and execution of strategic campaigns to expand market presence
  • Engage directly with C-level stakeholders and key prospects, supporting complex deal cycles and strengthening client relationships
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leadership expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize customer engagement and sales outcomes
  • Manage escalations and critical client situations, ensuring timely resolution and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, building a strong and resilient regional team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience within an enterprise SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling successful sales teams, consistently delivering strong revenue growth
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate at the C-level
  • Experience managing complex, high-value deals and implementing structured sales methodologies
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent and driving team success
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a competitive and results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with modern sales frameworks and experience in digital experience or MarTech solutions is a plus
