As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Cresilon’s trauma division, you’ll be the primary driver of growth and adoption for Traumagel across Texas and the surrounding states. This is a high-impact sales role: you'll execute a localized business strategy that cultivates key clinical relationships, builds brand recognition, and significantly grows top-line revenue within your region. This role requires approximately 25-50% travel, depending on territory needs.

You’re not just selling trauma care—you’re enabling frontline teams with a life-saving technology that can directly impact patient outcomes. As Cresilon’s RSM for Traumagel, your clinical advocacy, market mastery, and strategic execution will shape the brand’s credibility across one of the largest and most diverse medical markets in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Territory Strategy & Sales Performance

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to exceed aggressive revenue goals.
  • Build and implement a detailed, strategic, and actionable business plan for your region.
  • Drive market share growth—expand usage among existing accounts while winning new users across hospitals, trauma centers, and EMS systems.

Relationship & Clinical Advocacy

  • Establish credibility and build trust with emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, nurses, EMS/paramedics, and facility decision-makers.
  • Cultivate clinical champions and key opinion leaders who drive adoption and preference for Traumagel.

Clinical Training & Product Support

  • Deliver high-impact training on effective and safe use of Traumagel via in-services, skills sessions, trade shows, and demos.
  • Support clinical staff during adoption and rollout phases to ensure seamless implementation and optimal usage.

Insight & Competitive Strategy

  • Stay informed of competitor activity; position Traumagel sharply in clinician discussions and procurement processes.
  • Present data-supported value propositions that resonate with both clinical and purchasing stakeholders.

Analytics & Business Tools

  • Use CRM and analytics platforms to manage pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and generate actionable market insights.
  • Leverage knowledge of healthcare economics—including GPOs, IDNs, and contracting workflows—to inform territory expansion strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Submit accurate, timely expense and activity reports.
  • Maintain facility credentials and compliance with Cresilon’s code of ethics and policy standards.
  • Be able to travel with trauma kits or demos, navigate hospital environments, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable years of medical device or healthcare-related sales experience will be strongly considered.

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in medical device sales—trauma, surgical, emergency medicine, or EMS experience is a significant plus.

• Demonstrated ability to launch products, grow new accounts, or turn around territory performance.

• Hunter mentality: Self-starter with unwavering focus on targets, resourcefulness, and resilience.

• Best-in-class interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational ability; capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.

• Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot), Excel, and data-based planning.

• Clean driver's license and readiness for regular travel across the region.
