This leadership role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, strategic sales execution, and team development within a highly innovative medical technology environment. You will be responsible for driving growth across advanced surgical platforms while shaping facility-level account strategies that improve access, adoption, and outcomes. Acting as both a sales leader and strategic partner, you will build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet complex customer needs. The role requires a balance of commercial acumen, clinical understanding, and people leadership to guide a high-performing sales team. You will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights and market analysis. This is a field-based position with significant travel, offering strong exposure to healthcare systems and cutting-edge surgical innovation.
Accountabilities:- Lead facility-level account management strategies to drive adoption and growth of energy and endo-mechanical surgical platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Develop and execute account plans that align customer needs with business objectives and growth targets.
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, supporting performance, development, and field execution.
- Oversee demand generation and access strategies tailored to specific facility requirements.
- Conduct business analysis, including cost-benefit evaluations and contract review to support strategic decisions.
- Use business intelligence tools to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing sales talent across assigned territories.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and commercial practices.
- Lead customer engagements and sales presentations using structured, consultative sales methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical sales, commercial leadership, or related healthcare business roles.
- 1–2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or sales team development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, hospital operations, or medical device markets.
- Experience in sales training, marketing, or professional education strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and drive strategic account growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight trips.
- Valid US driver’s license required.
