Accountabilities:- Lead, coach, and manage a regional team of account managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Spend significant time in the field supporting team members, conducting ride-alongs, and building relationships with key customers.
- Monitor territory performance, ensuring robust business plans are in place to protect revenue and capture growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and strategic check-ins to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Drive execution of sales cycles, product launches, and promotional initiatives within the region.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles within a commercial or life sciences environment.
- Strong background in eyecare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve regional targets.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into strategy.
