We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our winning team. This position will cover the Midwest sales territory. In this role, you will implement Fastems sales strategy within the region while developing your assigned territory. To be successful in this position, you need to have sales experience in a manufacturing environment. The goal is to maximize and grow revenue and profits selling Fastems solutions to existing customers and acquiring new business. This position will operate on a sales team and be a cooperative team player to ensure team successes. The Regional Sales Manager role is also supported by Inside Sales and Business Development roles. Travel is estimated at 50% or as needed to execute objectives.
