Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in radiation oncology, including at least 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven success selling into IDNs, academic medical centers, and NCI-designated cancer centers.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and quotas.

  • Executive presence and ability to build trust across clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% across the assigned territory.

Benefits

  • Competitive OTE: $190,000 – $225,000 annually, with no cap on earning potential.
  • Comprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, and Vision).
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with 4% company match.
  • Paid Time Off, including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
