Symmetrio has been engaged by a leading innovator in AI-powered radiation oncology solutions to identify a high-performing Sales Executive to join their U.S. commercial team. In this role, you will own a large territory and drive growth across academic IDNs and NCI-designated cancer centers, engaging strategically with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of enterprise software sales in radiation oncology, a strong network across major health systems, and a passion for advancing oncology care through innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle within your territory, from prospecting through contract closure
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting academic IDNs and cancer centers
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, department chairs, and clinical leaders
  • Maintain strong pipeline coverage to consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline velocity through deal qualification, prioritization, and accurate forecasting
  • Engage with both clinical and operational stakeholders to position meaningful solutions
  • Develop deep expertise on the client’s AI-driven oncology portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal clinical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored messaging and demos
  • Represent the company at key oncology and healthcare conferences to build visibility and credibility
  • Partner closely with implementation and support teams to ensure successful deployments
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce

OTE IS $190,000 – $225,000 (no cap on earning potential) annually.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience within radiation oncology, including at least 3+ years in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated success selling into IDNs or large health systems, particularly academic IDNs and NCI-designated cancer centers
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and quota
  • Strong knowledge of radiation oncology workflows, treatment planning, and decision-making dynamics
  • Executive presence with the ability to build trust across clinical and administrative audiences
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
