Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new commercial real estate clients and grow relationships with existing accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, leading prospects through the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic prospecting, negotiation, and account expansion.
  • Use Salesforce and performance analytics to forecast sales activity, monitor KPIs, and improve decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the business as a trusted advisor within the commercial real estate technology market, building long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver regular updates to leadership on regional performance, pipeline health, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and market feedback to shape future go-to-market strategies and product direction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, proptech, or technology solutions serving the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying business development or account executive role.
  • Strong experience identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate decision-making processes, stakeholders, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive-level clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, strategic, and results-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
  • Based in the Eastern United States, ideally in the New York City metro area.
