Your Team: 

You will partner closely with your Inside Sales Manager, Sales Team, and Marketing team to jointly develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving international school sales. 

Your Role:

The Regional Partnership Associate position at Seesaw plays an integral role in the success of our sales team. In this role, you will focus on selling Seesaw and Professional Learning specifically to US schools in our midwest territory with a district total enrollment of 3000 less. 

Your primary goal will be to build relationships with key decision-makers in these schools, understand their unique needs, and provide a tailored Seesaw solution that drives revenue growth.

*This person can sit anywhere in the US (remote) but must be able to work West Coast hours (9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target schools with under 3000 total enrollment as potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through inbound leads and proactive prospecting. 
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and solution-based selling to understand the unique requirements of each school and identify how Seesaw can align with their needs.
  • Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to maximize opportunities.
  • Proactively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to close, while ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Stay up-to-date with international industry trends (including privacy compliance), competitive landscape, and educational policies in the market to effectively position our products and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.

Your Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience prospecting for a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar Sales Engagement Platform), Drift, or familiarity with Vidyard for video prospecting.
  • Ability to work West Coast hours (9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time).

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience working in the education technology industry 

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.

The hiring range for the position is $60,000 - $65,000. This position is eligible for commissions.

This is an exempt position.
