Operating remotely within the region, the individual will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with corporate marketing goals. • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing plan to meet sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Execute digital campaigns, regional events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of regional campaigns using marketing automation and CRM data.
• Create localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates to support the regional sales team.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regional or field marketing.
• Proven experience developing and executing market-specific strategies in the North-Central region.
• Proficiency in major Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
