• Lead all regional clinical support activities and programs to optimize resources
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive clinical support initiatives and business reviews
• Align resources with business priorities in partnership with regional leadership
• Implement strategic changes to enhance customer engagement and EP solution delivery
• Drive strategies for ablation solution expansion with stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience in Electrophysiology (sales or clinical) preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record in achieving business objectives

• Competitive salary ranging between $130,000 and $140,000
