Every driver represents Airspace.</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $75k annual salary + 15% bonus target (split 50/50 individual/company)</p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a network of Dedicated Drivers, which may include W-2 employees, 1099 contractors, or a combination of both. You will support drivers directly, ensure customer needs are met, and own execution of tactical initiatives to deliver top-quality service.
