Who are you?
You're a detail-oriented, execution-minded marketer who thrives on bringing field programs to life. You add structure, polish, and momentum to regional activities—creating experiences that feel intentional, elevated, and brand-aligned.
You can own logistics, anticipate issues, and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and external partners. You're biased toward action, solutions, and clear communication, and you understand that regional nuance matters.
If you're looking for a company that offers support, guidance, an abundance of killer giphys, and unlimited potential to grow into your best self, you can bet we'd love to have you too.
On a regular basis you will
- Execute West Coast field marketing programs end-to-end, including trade shows, sponsorship activations, executive dinners, customer/partner events, CLE-style programs, and roadshows
- Coordinate with West Coast association partners to support year-round engagement, including event participation, deliverables, and logistics
- Support regional growth by helping identify and operationalize new opportunities across key West Coast markets (events, partners, sponsorships, and community moments)
- Provide on-the-ground execution support for major industry events occurring in your territory, partnering with the broader Field Marketing team to ensure a unified, high-quality experience
- Own regional logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, shipments, rentals, timelines, staffing needs, and on-site execution
- Coordinate field marketing assets, including booth materials, demo equipment, signage, swag, and printed collateral, to ensure readiness for events
- Partner with Sales to align activations with territory priorities and ensure smooth follow-up workflows
- Coordinate lead capture and post-event documentation to support performance reporting, attribution inputs, and next-step actions
- Work cross-functionally with the broader Marketing organization (Content, Design, Demand Gen, Product Marketing) to coordinate content, email, and creative requests that support regional programs
- Bring market nuance to activations so they feel relevant and differentiated while still aligned with Steno’s brand
- Travel within the West Coast territory to support events and in-market activations (up to 50% of the time)
You're gonna crush it if
- You have 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or regional marketing
- You have hands-on experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events
- You're obsessed with details and have the organizational skills to prove it
- You work cross-functionally with ease – sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors all love working with you
- You’re comfortable being on-site and owning execution with confidence and professionalism
- You’re excited about what Steno is building and want to help grow our regional footprint
- Bonus points if you have: Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Asana) or background in B2B tech or SaaS companies, creative examples of going beyond standard event execution, familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, or experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships
