  • Lead, coach, and develop a nationwide team of Field Reimbursement Managers, setting clear performance expectations aligned with launch and access objectives
  • Translate market access strategy into field execution plans covering coverage, prior authorization, appeals, coding, billing, and reimbursement support
  • Drive reimbursement expertise across buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, white bagging, and alternate site-of-care models
  • Ensure compliant execution of REMS program requirements while supporting provider education and operational alignment
  • Build strong relationships with specialty clinics, IDNs, neurology providers, and reimbursement stakeholders to support complex patient cases
  • Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, and Trade to optimize access strategy and field alignment
  • Define and track key performance metrics such as approval rates, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and access barriers, using insights to guide strategy adjustments

Requirements:

This role requires extensive experience in field reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmaceutical operations, along with proven leadership capabilities in complex, regulated environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on field execution expertise and strong stakeholder influence skills.

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry roles
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading field reimbursement or sales teams
  • Strong expertise in buy-and-bill models and/or specialty pharmacy reimbursement pathways
  • Experience navigating complex payer environments, including white bagging and site-of-care optimization
  • Background in neurology or rare disease markets strongly preferred
  • Experience working with or within REMS programs preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical and commercial audiences
  • Ability to analyze reimbursement data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements in the field

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions (e.g., 401(k))
  • Equity awards and annual bonus eligibility
  • Paid time off and generous parental and family leave programs
