JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Director of Sales is an integral part of the CorroHealth Sales and Marketing team. Their primary function will be to maximize all Revenue Cycle Management business opportunities on behalf of the Company. The position drives the sales and profit opportunities for the Company within the assigned territory. This position will develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan and conduct the entire sales process within a designated region of the country.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to increase revenue and exceed established annual sales quota.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and discover their needs to accurately compose the appropriate value proposition to address those needs.
  • Conduct the entire sale process from initial research to contract closing.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of company marketing position and technical resources required for implementing services.
  • Conduct research and prepare for sales calls in assigned markets to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations and required technical and support information for company products and services.
  • Customize sales presentations and develop sales skills to increase effectiveness in establishing rapport, assessing individual needs and communicating product features and differences.
  • Represent the Company to prospective customers – hospitals, emergency departments and/or emergency physician groups; at conferences, tradeshows, conventions and other group meeting/events.
  • Maintain information on all accounts in assigned territory using SalesForce and other criteria established by the Company.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and related administrative documentation and submit on time.
  • Grow the sales pipeline and constantly think about how to expand market share.
  • Work with other sales team members to drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with selling RCM solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in related major is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales role within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing and coding for both facility billing and physician billing; very comfortable with operational aspects of how we administer the coding management processes – customer needs to be able to trust that this person knows what he/she is talking about and will come through for them.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding established sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively identify customer needs and make product recommendation based on these needs.
  • High degree of accountability and is committed to delivering against goals
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player and works well in an environment of shared goals and dotted lined structure.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with selling RCM solutions, preferably outsourced facility insurance AR management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related major is preferred.
  • Must have solid presentation skills, high energy level, experience in contract negotiations, creativity and strong work ethic.
  • Track record of success in assigned geography.
  • Experienced working in a remote environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
